We offer cage diving & surface viewing trips twice daily. Surface viewing for non-divers is excellent from the boat. No diving experience necessary for breath hold diving.
Breakfast and light lunch included. All diving equipment supplied. Tour is +/-4 hours. Sharklady Adventures crew are all well trained and experienced on the sea, and qualified.
*TRANSPARENCY: one has to remember that there are no fences in the ocean, but on most of our trips we encounter various shark (and other aquatic) species. These are: Bronze Whaler Sharks, Cow Sharks, Great Whites, Stingrays, Cape Fur Seals. As it is nature after all, we can NOT guarantee any sightings. You can view on our various social media channels what recent sightings were made. Get in touch with us via email, WhatsApp or phone call, and we’ll be 100% transparent with you with regards to what sightings we’ve had recently, and you can make your own decisions and plan accordingly.

Owing to massive negative media publicity over the years, the Great White Shark has become one of the most maligned, misunderstood, even hated animals on our fragile planet.
It has been pursued, hunted and indiscriminately killed, over the years, to the point where its continued existence hangs in precarious balance.
If we can dispel some of the hype and myth, and the fear which surrounds this magnificent creature, and even if through our operation, we only introduce some element of objective perspective to the people that we come into contact with, then we have, at least, made some contribution to maintaining the natural balance in at least one ecosystem, in our communal home, Earth.
OUR TRIP
The boat sets off on a 15-20 minute journey before anchoring either in the famous Shark Alley or nearby.
The boat is at sea for roughly 2,5 to 3 hours depending on the weather and ocean conditions. Onboard you can enjoy the complimentary mineral water, snacks and drinks. No alcohol or smoking is allowed on any of the shark cage diving boats in Gansbaai.
Absolutely. We are the oldest operator in the industry (RSA) with over 30 years experience. We have a 100% safety record. We are professionals, and know exactly how to operate in a safe and responsible manner.
The boat is operated by qualified and competent crew members. The crew includes a skipper, divemaster and deckhand. The crew members are also trained in skills such as firefighting and first-aid.
